Our apartments are new, inaugurated in 2007, air-conditioned, with parquet floors, floor heating and fully equipped kitchens.

All bedrooms are on the upper level with either a queen´s size double bed 160 x 200 cms. or twin beds 80 x 200 cms.
They have spacious wardrobes with large mirrors covering the doors, safe, hairdryer.
Main bathroom en suite upstairs and an extra toilet downstairs next to the entrance.
Only the lower level of each apartment (with a sofa-bed) is accessible to wheelchairs.
They all have:

a sofa (which can be converted into a bed)

The apartments are let with bedclothes and towels and fully equipped as described.
The rate includes weekly maid service with change of sheets and towels.
Our whole building is smoke-free, and guest smoking is allowed only on the balconies and in a small inner courtyard on the first floor.
There is staff on duty Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm
Apartments Type A:
Size 45 sq.m. (485 sq.ft)
Kitchenette integrated in the sitting room, completely equipped
with all the utensils and accessories necessary to cook comfortably
almost anything. These include a separate micro-oven, a gas-stove with
safety valves on the four cookers, an electric oven and ventilator,
coffee-maker and toaster. Refrigerator with freezer. Water-heater.
French windows with a small balcony facing the street.
The decor is inspired by the element fire, with red and yellow colours.

Apartments Type D:
Size 43 sq.m (465 sq.ft)

On the upper level there are two bedrooms, the main one offering the choice between a Queen´s size double bed 160 x 200 cms, or twin beds of 80 x 200 cms each. It has a spacious wardrobe with mirrors covering the doors. Safe. Hairdryer.
The second bedroom is smaller with only one bed 80 x 200 cms. Equipped with a writing-desk, telephone and broadband access to the Internet. Main bathroom in corridor between the two bedrooms.
